Mr B, GREAT SANKEY

I am delighted to enclose cheque for the balance of our payment in respect of the recent conversion work to our garage. The conversion was to your usual high standard and once again we must make special mention of the cheerful hard work of (the workman) who toiled every minute of the day and made sure that the area was clean and tidy before he went home. He is a credit to your company. We don’t envisage any more projects for you in the immediate future but as we said to you before, we are happy to recommend you to any potential customers.
